Six Launch Product Families

Technical documentation will be organized by product family and drawing revision, not by a generic file named “elbow.pdf.” Identify the pocket, sweep, segmented, basalt-lined, ceramic-lined or tungsten-carbide-hardfaced family when requesting a document.

Approved Dimensional Drawings

The relevant drawing should show actual OD, wall thickness, finished bore, angle, CLR or pocket offsets, overall envelope, flanges/end preparation and tolerances. For segmented bends, segment geometry must also be specified. In the review preview, these files are not falsely represented as released; request approved documents for the actual proposed model.

Flange and Connection Drawings

Connection documents should record actual EN/DIN or ANSI/ASME standard and designation, facing, bolt circle, drilling, mating pipe dimensions and applicable design conditions. The full elbow pressure rating must be separately defined.

Liner and Material Data

Material certificates, liner composition, thickness, overlay process and inspection records depend on the actual family and order. Publish a document only when its revision and manufacturing basis are approved. A generic ceramic data sheet does not establish the pressure or temperature limit of a lined bend.

Installation and Maintenance Guides

Orientation, handling, gasket/bolting requirements, supports, inspection access and maintenance guidance should be provided in model-specific instructions. The website’s general maintenance guide is supporting information, not a replacement for approved instructions.
