Product and Installation Photographs
The gallery is organized by actual product family, rather than grouping every flanged elbow or curved pipe together. A blue or red casting, a conventional steel sweep and a lined pipe do not automatically depict the same product type.
Pocket-Type Cast Elbows
Show the full chamber body, flow direction mark, connection flanges, machined faces and, when approved, a section drawing demonstrating the material pocket. The compact flanged product appears within this family.
Smooth Sweep Pipe Bends
Show a full sweep including straight tangents, radius reference and connection options. Caption photographs with verified material and diameter rather than inferring specifications from paint or casting marks.
Segmented Pipe Bends
Use a photograph or drawing that clearly shows the welded segment joints. Distinguish a genuine segmented design from a smooth sweep with a reinforcing ring.
Basalt, Ceramic and Hardfaced Bends
Lined and hardfaced sections should identify whether the visible surface is the final contact surface, a liner sample or an assembly detail. Include a section view of the liner or overlay when available. Do not label unverified photographs as a ceramic or tungsten carbide product.
Flanged and Straight-End Configurations
Include clear close-ups of EN/DIN and ANSI/ASME flange patterns and pipe ends. Published dimensions must come from an approved drawing, not photographic proportions.
Installed Systems and Factory Images
Factory and installed-system views can help show handling, accessibility and adjoining pipework. Captions should identify location or project details only with approval and without exposing confidential customers.
